The Late Bríd Kiernan …
Mullingar Shamrocks executive and members offer sincere sympathy to the family of the late Bríd Kiernan who resided in Ecawn, Arklow, Co. Wicklow. In particular, sympathy is extended to Bríd’s husband Larry, to her sons and daughters Jeanne, Síofra, Lawrence, Tony, Seamus and Seán, and to her sisters Sr. Teresa, Sr. Philomena, Sr. Bernadette, Martha, Sr. Maria and brothers John-Joe, Fr. Michael, Fr. Tony and Pat and to members of her extended family and friends.
Seamus Kiernan is the lead mentor with Mullingar Shamrocks Under-14 LGF team and also coaches our Under-7 boys.

We also extend our sympathy to the family of a great Ballynacarrigy GAA man, the late Tony Maher and in particular to Tony’s wife Mary, sons Anthony, Shane and Ivan, his daughters Lynn and Amanda, his sister Annie and to members of his extended family and friends.
Tony’s son, Shane, is a regular presence in Springfield as a referee and of course, Shane did a bit of dancing for Mullingar Shamrocks in the Strictly Shamrocks fundraiser.
Tony reposes at his home on Saturday, 22nd July, from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm (Eircode N91C425). Funeral Mass on Sunday at 11.30 am in the Church of the Nativity, Ballynacargy. Burial afterwards in Sonna Cemetery.

Sympathy is also tended to James McGrath and to his brothers and sisters Sean, Ann (Fitzsimons), Willie, Michael, Tom, Hughie, Gerard, and Mary (Smith), on the death of their mother Betty and to members of the extended McGrath family.
