GFM&O Blitz Erin's Isle ...

Fifteen members of our Gaelic for Mothers & Others Team #G4MO and Robbie Boyle headed off early on Saturday morning to take part in the North Leinster Blitz at Erin’s Isle CLG in Finglas which happens to be Robbie's old club.

37 teams took part with our G4MO team playing 4 games over the course of the day against Clonbullogue (Offaly) and 3 Dublin teams - Geraldine P. Morans, St. Oliver Plunketts Eoghan Ruadh and the home team, Erins Isle CLG.

The weather was perfect and the rain held off until the final whistle was blown in our last match!

A massive thank you to Erin's Isle CLG for hosting a wonderful day of football and fun. From the very lively mass warm up to the fantastic spread of goodies to the after party, no stone was left unturned.

It was most enjoyable and fingers crossed we get to take part again next year.
