Division 2 League

Mullingar Shamrocks ended their 2016 season with a losing trip to Castledaly to play the host club in the final match of the division.  The following lined out and ensured that the club’s policy of fielding in all matches was continued unbroken: Matthew Willoughby, Cormac Murphy, James Shaw, Conor McKenna, Pearse Corroon, Brendan O’Reilly, Niall Hannigan, Simon Quinn, Dónal O’Donoghue, Ross Corroon, Tye Adamson, Gary Corroon, David Culkin, Matthew Cunningham, Conor Moore and Robbie Boyle whose goalkeeping display was the highlight of the day. Robbie, Barry Maguire and Gary Corroon in particular worked miracles to assemble a squad for the occasion.
