The Mullingar Shamrocks Club were saddened on Friday to learn of the death of Brendan Kirwan, an Honorary President and a great friend and supporter of the club for many decades. Brendan’s Funeral Mass takes place on Monday morning, 5 November 2016,  at 10.00 am in the Cathedral. Sincere sympathy is offered to Brendan’s wife Anna and son Aidan (a former under-age player of note with the club) and to  the extended Kirwan family.
