Speedy Recovery Sophie ...

The surgery is completed and Sophie Hegarty is safely back in Gainstown with the torn cruciate ligament repaired thanks to the skill of Ray Moran and his team at the Santry Clinic.

The rehab begins tomorrow, supervised by Karen no doubt, who has some experience in returning to full fitness from the dreaded cruciate injury.
