A few weeks ago we got clearance from the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport to begin work on our development programme in Springfield and we are now delighted to report that Neil Foran and his company Drainage and Trenchless Limited from Edenderry began work on the drainage of the juvenile pitch today. It is hoped that this phase of the work will be completed, weather permitting, early next week. This will be followed by a hollwo-tining programme on both pitches.
