Busy 36 Hours for our Under-15 Squads ...

Our under 15 squad, over the next36 hours, face into the concluding stages of what has been, on two fronts, an excellent campaign thus far. On Thursday evening, the Division 3 squad make the journey to Clonmellon to face Delvin/St. Paul’s in the semi final of the Division 3 championship. This group has exceeded all expectations this year, winning three successive championship matches to deservedly finish second in their group and then overcoming Inny Shamrocks in the quarter final. The vast majority of this squad are underage in 2022 and this year’s experience will stand them in good stead for next season. The decision to field two teams at under 15 level has been a resounding success with every player getting competitive minutes under their belt. On Friday evening the focus turns to our Division 1 side as they travel to Ballynacargy to face Tubberclair in the Division 1 decider. This group has improved steadily as the year has progressed and will give everything as they bid to win silverware. Throw in for both matches is at 6.30 and all support from club members on both evenings would be greatly appreciated.
