The Late Deano McLoughlin …

Mullingar Shamrocks members learned with sadness today of the death of Deano (Thomas) McLoughlin and offer sincere condolences to the members of the McLoughlin family. Deano will be very sadly missed by his son Thomas, daughters Caroline, Yvonne, Stephanie, Margaret and Siobhán, their mother Bernie, his cherished grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers Leo, Paul, Raymond and Michael, sisters Mary, Ber, Ann, Angela, Evelyn and Fiona and members of his extended family, neighbours and friends.

In keeping with current Government guidelines, a private family funeral will take place on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Cathedral of Christ the King and may be viewed on the live webcam at www.mullingarparish.ie.

Back in the day, Deano enjoyed many a good night in the Mullingar Shamrocks Clubhouse and was the video man for many of our great victories in the 1990s. Thanks to Deano’s recordings we can relive these great days on occasions.
