The Late Noel Baker ...

Mullingar Shamrocks GAA Club members and executive sends its deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Noel Baker and in particular to his daughter Phyllis, his sons Martin, David and Kevin, to his partner Peggy and to his grandchildren Zac, Zoe, Aoibhinn, Ciara, Noah, Holly and Seán. Sympathy is also extended to Noel's sisters Bridie, Liz and Geraldine and to his brothers Joe, Séamus, Willie, Mike and Paul and to Noel's extended family and friends.

Noel's private funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10.00 am on Saturday April 10 in the Cathedral of Christ the King, Mullingar and can be viewed at www.mullingarparish.ie, after which Noel will be laid to rest in Ballyglass Cemetery.

David Baker played at all levels for Mullingar Shamrocks and his children Aoibheann, Ciara and Seán are keen members of the Na SeamrÓgi group. Kevin captained Shamrocks to the Under-14 county championship in 1995 and is nowadays a noted marathon runner. Aoibhinn and Ciara Baker are keen members of Na SeamrÓgi and David is an enthusiastic coach with the group.
