Open Day and Registration

Next Saturday (27 February) is one of the most important days in the club’s yearly calendar as we host our Open Day and Registration at the Clubhouse in Springfield from 2-4pm. All parents and young people who wish to view our facilities (fitness centre, astro-turf, walk-way etc) and are keen to become involved in Gaelic football and learn new skills and maybe make new friends are welcome. Mullingar Shamrocks caters for boys and girls of all ages and provides regular Saturday morning coaching   from 10.30 -11.45 for young people. This will commence on Saturday 5 March.

The emphasis throughout is on the fun aspect of the sport and coaching is provided by qualified coaches working within the Child Protection Guidelines in a safe and secure environment. A registration fee of €25 is payable but a generous family discount is available.

A representative of KC Marketing will be present on the day for those wishing to place orders for the latest Shamrocks leisure wear.  Refreshments will be served and Pat Collins (087-2908497) is the man to contact for additional information.
