Just two weeks to go before our Strictly Shamrocks hits the stage in The Park Hotel on 12 May with the show starting at 8.00pm sharp. Pearse and Jordana's Table Quiz was an outstanding  success as was the Cake Sale organised by Niamh and Casey on Saturday mornimg ..

A couple of fund raising events take place at the weekend.

On Friday 4 May  Mugs and Marie's 80s Disco Party takes place Upstairs in Canton's

On Saturday next 5 May, Casey McDermott and Tye Adamson  are organising a Stand Up-Sit Down Bingo in Gilleran’s while on Sunday 6 May Matthew Ledwith and Jemma McNamee have scheduled a Fittest Family Contest in Springfield with entries taking place from 11.00 am onwards.

Also, on Sunday morning in Springfield a 5K Run-Walk go as you please takes place.

Please support these events and show your appreciation for the efforts of the dancers and after all keep in mind that is costs €100, 000 to keep the Mullingar Shamrocks show on the road.
