Our team is working with 7,805 club administrators and 22,022 coaches as we provide daily support for the clubs using our platform. Our mission has always been clear: to maximise the impact of sports clubs in their communities. That goes far beyond financial results. Join Our Team - Product Specialist
If you’re passionate about sport and looking for a new challenge we are hiring 2 X Customer Support Product Specialists. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our club administrators, helping to diagnose and resolve their queries with confidence and care.
You will also play an important role in guiding clubs to get the most value from our platform, delivering training where needed and feeding insights back to the wider business. By working closely with colleagues across teams, you will help shape the future of our product and contribute to the growth of both our clubs and ClubZap. Full details on the job can be viewed here
Summer Internship - Digital Marketing
We also have an open position for a summer intern working with our marketing team focussed on organic social media content across various digital channels. If you’re studying in the space, have an interest in grassroots sports and have a portfolio of your work, we would love to hear from you.
