Congratulations St Mary’s …

After their great Leinster final single-point victory against Coláiste Éoin last week, St Mary’s CBS Under-16 football team continued on their winning ways with a great 4-8 to 0-13 victory against St Joseph's Patrician College, Galway (The Bish) in the All-Ireland semi-final. St Mary’s have now qualified for the All-Ireland final against one of Kerry’s great football nurseries St Brendan’s Killarney which will be played in Thurles on Saturday week.

Mullingar Shamrocks’ Trevor Keena is joint-captain of the team and scored the winning point in the Leinster final and notched 1-1 in the All-Ireland semi-final. Mark Flynn occupies the full back position; Sean Óg Hynes.Emmet Walshe and Brian Farrell are also members of the panel.
