Mullingar Lights Up with Mullingar Shamrocks GAA Club ...

 A good start was made on Monday night as Mullingar Shamrocks GAA Club in association with Operation Transformation switched on the club’s floodlights and lighted the perimeter walkway from 7.00pm to 9.00pm as part of the national programme Ireland lights up with the GAA. There was a great response on what was a lovely night for walking and full credit to our Healthy Club Officer Joan Ormsby for her organising skills and to Madeline Flynn and Margaret Clinton who are the group leaders with Joan.

  The lights will be switched on each night from 7.00 to 9.00 and the official Operation Transformation walk continues next Monday night this time commencing at 7.30 pm
