Under-10s and Under-12s Blitzing too ...

While our Under-6s were footballing in Springfield our Under-10s and Under-12s were on the road. Our Under-12s travelled to Rhode to compete in what was to be a four-team tournament but unfortunately two drop-outs put an end to that plan. However, we had the consolation of having a superb match with Rhode which we won on a 6-5 to 3-10 scoreline. A great Eoin Doran first-half save was crucial and enabled Shamrocks claw back a seven-point deficit to secure a great win...

Our Under-10s travelled to Granard and came home with the cup for the 'B' section; we lost the opening match partly due to a direction malfunction but recovered to secure four successive wins under the captaincy of Ben McNamee.
