The date for the 2024 AGM is Saturday 7th December 2024. The Meeting is open to Full, Student and Social Members. The meeting will be conducted at the Clubhouse, Springfield.

Motions for inclusion in the meeting need to be submitted in writing by 6 December 2024
to the Club Secretary by email Secretary.mullingarshamrocks.westmeath@gaa.ie. Copies of
Officer Reports and the Club’s Financial Report will be made available at the meeting or by
request. To facilitate the smooth running of the AGM, members are invited to submit
questions to the Secretary in advance of the meeting, but no later than 12pm on 7
December 2024.

It is vital that we, as members, show our support for the club, so please ensure you attend
this Annual General Meeting.
