Gaelic4Mothers and Others

Interest has been expressed by many Mullingar Shamrocks women in becoming involved in the Gaelic4Mothers and Others initiative that is run by the Ladies Gaelic Football Association with the support of Lidl.

Its purpose is to introduce mothers and other women to playing Ladies Gaelic Football in a fun, non-competitive and social environment and provides women with an opportunity to get their recommended weekly exercise in a fun way.

 It is not a necessity to be a mother but participants must be 18+ and not currently playing competitively with a club team.
