Important Foundation Level Coaching Course ... (especially for thse who have yet to complete a foundation level course)

A Foundation Football Course aimed at Coaches of Juvenile Players will take place in Columb Barracks, Mullingar on Saturday, May 27th, starting at 9.30am and finishing at approximately 4.30pm.

 The session will be a mix of theory and practical work so where possible, coaches attending should come in track suit.

 The closing date for applicants to register for this Course is Thursday, May 25th. Coaching Staff or Club Members that may be interested in completing this Course should submit their names to Underage Secretary, Pat Collins at 087-2908497 no later than Wednesday, May 24th.

 All who complete the Foundation Course must attend a ‘Child Protection in Sport Awareness Workshop’ – if not already completed. The Child Protection Workshop will provisionally run in Cusack Park on Thursday, June 1st from 7pm to 10pm.

 NOTE:

It is important that those involved in coaching in Mullingar Shamrocks who have not completed a Foundation Level Coaching Course would attend this course.

 § There is no cost attached to the course.  

§ Certification: All who attend the entire course will qualify for a ‘Gaelic Football Foundation Coaching Award’ plus the ‘Child Protection in Sport Awareness Workshop’ Cert.
