 The late Rhona Bradley Fagan

On Wednesday evening the devastating news reached us in Mullingar of the untimely death of Rhona Bradley Fagan, Abbeyside, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. We in Mullingar Shamrocks offer our sincerest sympathy to Rhona’s husband Stephen,  daughters Caoimhe and Leah, and  sons Tiernan and Cian. We also extend our sympathy to Rhona's parents Marie and Murdeach, her sister Leone and brother Glenn, mother-in-law Mary, and her extended family and friends.

Rhona reposes in the family home (X35 XH10) on today (Friday), 7th June, from 4.00 pm. to 8.00 p.m. with prayers at 7.30 p.m.

Rhona’s funeral Mass takes place at 11.00  a.m. on Saturday, 8th June, in St. Augustine's Church, Abbeyside. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Stephen and Rhona Fagan had many great friends in Mullingar Shamrocks and were never far from the fun and games that were part and parcel of the celebrations associated with the club’s successes in the 1980s. Stephen guarded the net when Shamrocks won the senior title in 1986, represented Westmeath at under-age level and starred for St Mary’s CBS.
