Under-16 Football League: The Downs 4-10 Mullingar Shamrocks 2-3

 The Downs proved to be too strong for our under-16 boys team on Monday evening and were convincing winners despite the best efforts of Trevor Keena, Ronan McHugh and John O’Reilly, after establishing a wind-assisted interval lead of 2-8 to 1-2.
