The Mullingar Shamrocks G4M&O ladies are back on the Astro in Springfield

The G4M&O ladies were back on the Astro in Springfield on Tuesday night with a strong turnout of 26 women on a cold March evening! A great training session was had with plenty of fun added to the mix.

The superb turnout highlights the interest in the ever growing G4M&O community in Mullingar and nationwide. This is Women in Sport Week and having so many ladies over 25 playing in Shamrocks on Tuesday night was a wonderful reflection on the commitment of this group of women in sport.

The enthusiasm of these women is infectious and newcomers are always welcome. No previous Gaelic football experience necessary.
