Fitness for the Week Ahead …
Just a reminder that our weekly fitness classes are continuing as usual. Orinta’s schedule now includes three classes weekly: (i) Monday at 8.00 pm (at the conclusion of Aidan’s spinning class) she conducts a Circuit training session that includes Pilates; (ii) Tuesday at 7.15 it’s Pilates; (iii) Friday at 7.15 Fitball and Pilates
