Last Man Standing

This weekend’s results were kind to those still having an interest in our Last Man Standing competition; Kerry’s surprise result eliminated just three people. As we enter the final week the following are the runners still in the race and the counties carrying their hopes. Cork (4): Vinny Maguire, Dean McNicholas, Pat O’ Connell, Aidan Daly; Limerick (4):Jolene Moore, Spike Fagan, Ritchie O’Donoghue, Ber McKenna; Wexford (2): Liam Lonergan, Maeve Corroon;   Kerry (2):John Cochrane, William; Meath (2):David Cassidy, Kieran Jennings; Longford (2):Veronica O’Donoghue, Imelda Dixon; Dublin (1): Valerie McCormack; Laois (1): Paul Aherne; Mayo (1): Seamus Conroy; Armagh (1):Karen Hegarty.

 As a tie is virtually certain those remaining in the competition next Sunday evening will be asked to nominate the winners of the League finals (and the victory margins) to determine the outright winner.
