Best of luck to our ballad group in the county final of Scor which takes place tomorrow (Sunday) in The Downs (6.30). Shamrocks, Moate All-Whites, Bunbrosna and Ballycomoyle, all heavy hitters in the discipline,  contest the final. The musical notes will be flying as our group of Paul Doolin, Tony Irwin, Paul McDermott, Alan  Conroy and Shane Bardon perforn 'The Parting Glass' and 'The Rocky Road to Dublin'. Good to see the spirit of Liam Clancy alive and well in this choice of material
