The Late Catherine Smyth ...

Mullingar Shamrocks members and executive officers were saddened to learn of the death of Catherine Smyth (nee Keane), Ardmore Road, Mullingar. Sincere sympathy is offered to Catherine's daughters, Mary (Hunt), Patricia (O’Connor, Trim) and Caitriona (O’Leary, Kerry) and sons Willie and Kevin, to her grandchildren, great-grandchild, daughters-in-law Brenda and Geraldine, sons-in-law Tom, Finian and Tom, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, and especially to her loving friend Maribella. Catherine reposes at her Ardmore Road home on Monday 7 April from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday 8 April at 12.00 pm in St Paul’s Church, followed by burial in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Marlinstown.

Catherine is mother-in-law of Mullingar Shamrocks' PRO Tom Hunt and both Mary and Patricia represented Mullingar Shamrocks in Scór back in the day.
