Junior Football Championship: Shamrocks 2-7 Caulry 0-8

Mullingar Shamrocks maintained an interest in this year’s junior football championship with a 2-7 to 0-8 victory over Caulry at Springfield on Friday night. Mickey McKnight was the key man on this occasion with two goals that secured victory.
