River Brosna Heritage Project ...

You may remember that in early September it was intended to stage an event in Springfield as part of the national Heritage Week celebrations. This had to be cancelled due to the reintroduction of some Covid-19 restrictions.

The Mullingar Tidy Towns committee planned to showcase their River Brosna Heritage Project on the day, a project that aims to highlight the history and heritage of the Brosna and its importance to Mullingar.

The Mullingar Shamrocks element of the project has been made into a short video (4 minut6es 26 seconds) , narrated by our Healthy Club Officer Joan.
