Michael McCormack has given a lifetime of service to the GAA and in particular to his beloved Bunbrosna club of which he was a founder member and chairman for over 30 years during which time he led the club in its development of its grounds and facilities. Dolores served the Bunbrosna Club as secretary and both Michael and Dolores were firm believers in and promoters of the Scór concept at which the club excelled in several disciplines.

Michael's daughter, Geraldine, is of course deeply involved in the Mullingar Shamrocks Club and has served the club in many ways particularly in LGF and granddaughter Susanna is one of our most promising LGF players and has represented the club at senior level since 2018.
