Well done to week one solo challenge winners Jack Shaw and Paddy Colleary prizes are on there way.

Week 2 skills challenge is a hand pass challenge. Three options for the hand pass challenge pick what suits you best, 30 seconds see how many you get.
Option 1: hand pass left and right off wall
Option 2: figure of 8 with ball through legs hand pass left, fugure of 8 with ball through legs hand pass right.
Options 3: dummy hop/bounce right hand pass left, dummy hop/bounce left hand pass right.
