Under-8 LGF Blitz ...

Mullingar Shamrocks had our first Under-8 LGF blitz tonight-which we are almost sure is the first ever all girls Under-8 team fielded by the club. We fielded two teams and played 3 matches each against St Loman's, Multyfarnham, Ballycomoyle and Kilbeggan Shamrocks. There was great football played by all, with teams showing great skills, enthusiasm and sportsmanship. Thank you to our hosts St Loman's who provided a great evening of fun and football. Well done to all players and supporters on the evening and of course to Terry O’Dowd for helping out.
